1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ContractSpec Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
ContractSpec Studio is a spec-first decision engine that replaces fragmented PM, scheduling, meeting intelligence, and swarm workflows with one AI-native execution system. It ingests product feedback, produces deterministic impact reports, and exports certified work items. The Service includes the web application, API, MCP server, and Agency Kit. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each user may belong to up to 5 organizations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@contractspec.studio.
