Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ContractSpec Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

ContractSpec Studio is a spec-first decision engine centered on one trusted operating loop: ingest product feedback, prepare reviewed drafts, produce deterministic impact reports, and export certified work items through supervised paths. The Service includes the web application, API, MCP server, and Agency Kit. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each user may belong to up to 5 organizations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@contractspec.studio.
