Why not token pricing?

Tokens are opaque. You can't predict costs or set meaningful caps. Our meters map to things you already understand: feedback chunks, runs, minutes. You see exactly what you're consuming and can set hard limits on each one independently.

What counts as an feedback chunk?

One discrete piece of user feedback: a support ticket, a call transcript segment, a survey response, or an analytics anomaly. A single Intercom conversation with 3 distinct issues counts as 3 chunks. Deduplication runs before counting.

Do you charge for exports?

CSV exports are free on all plans. Linear and Jira exports are available on Pro and above. We only meter inputs (feedback) and processing (runs, voice, vision). Never outputs.

Can we disable overages?

Yes. On paid plans, set a hard cap on any meter or a global spending cap on the workspace. When a cap is hit, that meter pauses gracefully. Nothing breaks, nothing is lost. The Free plan has hard caps by default with no overages.

What happens when payment is past due?

We send reminders at 1, 7, and 14 days past due. At 14 days, Autopilot pauses and new feedback ingestion stops. Existing deliverables and exports remain accessible. No data is deleted. Service resumes immediately on payment.

What's in the 7-days trial?

Full access to the paid plan you choose (Pro or Autopilot). No restrictions, no watermarks. Cancel before day 3 and you're never charged. The Free plan has no trial. It's free forever.

Can I mix Pro and Autopilot seats?

Yes. Each operator chooses their plan independently within a workspace. Viewers are always free, regardless of the operator's plan.
